Adoptee searching

I am conducting research to find a birth family.

I believe her parents were named Beverly Ann BAILEY and Robert CLINE or KLINE and they have since died, but Robert was known to have other children from a previous marriage.

Beverly Ann was born in California and Robert was from Colorado.

Their daughter lived with a foster family for the first year of her life and had eye corrective surgery. Shortly after her first birthday, she was placed with an adoptive family in Utah.

I would like to find out the names of Robert’s other children and any other family relation as well as any information about the foster parents.

@Joni Goodman I found a census records with a marriage to Robert and and a son by the name of Robert the 3rd. Not sure by the information you gave if this is correct but it matches a lot of the information. If this is correct you may be able to now use this information to move forward and find any other children.
