I could use some assiatance finding the parents of Ingeborg Marie Bergman, L89D-XXN. I have exhausted the Family Search Partners. Thank you!

Hello, I've made some progress, but this kind of research can be tricky. Some key finds:

1. Charles and Ingeborg's death dates and places are incorrect.
   1. Ingeborg died on January 31, 1953 per her obituary in the Chicago Tribune (published 3 Feb 1953, page 28) - It's clear that the obituary is hers because it names her late husband Charles A., daughter Violet Bartlett, and grandchildren Richard and Sharon. A search in the Illinois state death index showed she died in Kane County, IL
   2. Charles died on January 22, 1949 per his obituary in the Chicago Tribune (published 26 Jan 1949, page 30) - his obituary names his wife, daughter, grandchildren and son in law. I couldn't find him in the IL state death index, so I don't know exactly where he died.
2. I found Charles naturalization records where he petitioned to become a citizen of the US. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSM1-29Z7-Q?cat=504202&i=273
   1. It says his name was Charles Albert Swanson and though it has the wrong birth date it has the right birthplace of Ljusne Sweden. It also gives a birthplace in Sweden for Marie, it says Ingelbyfjorden. The record says they didn't have children because Violet had not been born yet. However, their address at 2633 Orchard St is an exact match for where they lived in the 1910 census.
3. After some digging I found a place called Ingebyfjorden in Sunne Parish, Värmland County, Sweden. Living on this farm was the family of Olof Bergman and Katrina Olsdotter. They had a daughter Inga Maria born 27 Nov 1869 who left for North America in 1891 along with her brother Nils Gustaf. Here is a Swedish record with her other brothers and sisters.

I strongly believe that this is the right family. Here are some steps you might take to prove it.

1. Order Marie's death certificate from Kane County, Illinois from 31 Jan 1953 (its not available online)
2. Order Marie and Charles marriage application from Lake County, Indiana in 1907. Lake County marriage applications are not available online but are available by contacting the Lake County Courthouse in Indiana.
3. Try to find Nils Gustaf in America and try to find an obituary for him that might list Marie Swanson as a sister
4. Have a descendant of Marie take a DNA test with Ancestry, then upload it to MyHeritage and try to see if they match with other descendants of Olof Bergman.
