Marriage Record, Sulmierzyce Parish, Parish Priest acting as Civil Records Officer, Powiat Radom, Wojewodztwo Kalisz, dated the 24th September 1823, of Blazej Woyciechowski, 50 years old, according to copy of his birth record from Sandomierz Church, farmer in  Chorzenice, a widower, showing the copy of the death record of his wife, Helena Woyciechowska, from Sulmierzyce Civil Records Office, and of Marianna Jeziak, a widow, 40 years old according to the copy of her birth record from Sulmierzyce Civil Records Office, where she lives as a tenant farmer, and showing the copy of death record of her husband, Piotr Jeziak, obtained from Sulmierzyce Civil Records Office. Marriage Banns published, nailed on the door of the County Building. There was no impediment detected.
