Death Record No. 14, Glogow Malopolski Parish, of Philippus (Filip in Polish) Bazan, House No. 212, who died on the 4th April 1888, buried on the 6th April 1888, he lived 66 years, he was a gravedigger, Catholic, widower after death of his wife, Eve (Ewa), born Kubas, daughter of Michael Kubas, a farmer in Wysoka.  He died due to abdominal dropsy.
