Feedback Button

I see in the instructions "Look for a sideways Feedback button on the page. The button usually appears on the left side of the screen. Click Feedback and click an emoji that best fits the situation. Enter your comment. Add your email address. Click Submit."

I have looked everywhere (including the left side of the screen) but no "sideways Feedback" button-not sure what that looks like. I do remember the feedback button clearly marked at the bottom of the home page, but no luck in finding it.
