Literal Swedish to English translation of marriage record
I hope to find a clue to Bodel's birth but will appreciate learning the language of a marriage record.

By the way, the record is a mixture of Swedish and Latin; the Latin Genealogical Word List and the Swedish Genealogical Word List are great helps.
Unfortunately there is no information in the marriage record about Bodel's birth. It looks like their first child is Elena, born on 12 Oct 1720 (image 100, linked), but Elena's birth record doesn't give any clues either.

Since there is a year but no month nor day, would it be safe to assume the date written for the marriage just before theirs to be the same? (27 July)

I believe that the marriage date is a fixed feast day-Festo Michaelis (Michaelmas) which is 29 September every year. Another example of a fixed feast day would be Christmas Day-it is 25 December every year.

Norm is correct. 1718 festo Michaelis is 29 September 1718. Bachelor Anders Persson and maiden Bodel Andersdotter were married. This record does not indicate an age of either of them, nor where they were born.
You may however, search this same parish for a birth record for Bodel.
