Swedish Birth Record
Hi -
I would be so grateful if somebody could help translate this Swedish birth record. I can make out the mother's information, but I'm having a hard time with everything else.

The column headers are missing so I can only guess what the columns refer to.
I assume that the child Anna is born on a 29th and also baptized on that day.
Her mother is Cherstin Matsdotter in No. 10 in Östansjö, 29 years old. She was readmitted to church on 19 June.
The next column gives (probably) the sponsors: Hans Matson and Cherstin Ersdotter and soldier Mats ___? and Margaret Matsdotter, alla in Östansjö

Are you able to tell if the the entry below Anna's birth has anything to do with her? Or is that something different?
