Sidebar formatting
I'd suggest that the person's name should be put in the sidebar header, always visible when you scroll down. Otherwise you might be looking at one person and thinking it is another person. Since the scrolling stays in the same position when clicking from one person to another, you don't see the name of who it is.
Second, I'd suggest compressing the format of the top information so that the birth and death information all has a greater chance of being visible without scrolling. This is what I see, with the death beyond the bottom.

First idea, I would love to make this an optional move in the Layout Settings.
Second, I love that someone new is bringing up the idea that all this white space hurts our ability to see information without scrolling. This is an old discussion point from the very early days of the New Person Page Beta, but it clearly is still an issue.

Thanks for sharing, @Ray Gurganus. We reviewed and agree. We have re-worked the sidesheet heading to utilize the available space a bit better, as well as adding the person's name to the top bar if you are scrolled down. Sorry it took a while, but hopefully this helps. Now you should see something like this:
Unfortunately, as much as I personally would love to see the sidesheet as an option, there still is not enough traction behind the movement. But hopefully your suggested changes will help ease some of the pain.
