Danish Court Documents on line
Are Danish Court Documents available on line anywhere? Has anyone had success getting full court documents?
Locations: Søndbjerg, Aalborg, or possible Thisted area. This is where the family lived around 1870 (unable to locate some of them in the census, something happened to the family)
I am looking for:
"Separationsdom af 11. Februar 1875", I am not sure if this is a document or not, possibly in Søndbjerg
"Justitsministeriets Skrivelse af 15. Marts 1875 med Tilladelse til at indgaa nyt Ægteskab" probably in Søndbjerg
"Skifteattest af 25. August 1875" possible near Aalborg (we have photos of the family from there during this time)
These documents might provide more of the story of what happened. They are listed in the remarks of GGgrandmother's second marriage which occurred 10 Sept 1875. (Juliemine Caroline Cronholm. She was living in Søndbjerg at the time of her second marriage.
I am trying to uncover what happened to her first husband Soren Christian Christensen (b. 1 May 1826). He died prior to 25 Aug 1875. I found a possible record his death in Aalborg on 31 May 1875 but am not certain of it. He was likely still alive in February 1875 when Juliemine states they were separated because Soren was going to or had gone to America. We have located no emigration records for Soren. By the time Juliemine remarrys in Sept. 1875 it is clear that Soren is dead because she is referred to as a widow and there is mention of the probate.
I sadly do not understand Danish and am therefore dependent on google translate which can be problematic. Any direction or advice would be very appreciated.
Thank you,
Kim

From 1811-1922 it was obligatory to have gejstlig mægling [clerical mediation] in separation and divorce cases.
Thisted Amt.
Mæglingsprotokol i skilsmisse- og separationssager (1857-1970).
[Currently not online]
NB: But since Søren Christian Christensen was not present, such a mediation very likely didn't occur.
