The word before the name is og. fruentimmeret = unmarried woman

"Fruentimmer" was used derogatory by priests in the church books to indicate "loose women", often meaning they had children outside marriage.
[The words "offenligt fruentimmer" (= public "fruentimmer") meant a licensed ****!]
Otherwise a rural/working class unmarried woman would be called "pige" [= girl] and an unmarried bourgeois/noble woman would be called "jomfru" [= virgin]. These words signifies social class and not age of the woman.
