Create a New Tree with my Bio Family?

Can I start another Family Tree with my Bio Father.  I’m getting some Notifications on the Bio family members. I have My Bio Grand Parents on my Family Tree (I didn't do put them there).   My question is can I create new Tree with the Bio Family? 

I have on my tree, My Bio Grand parents Next to my Grand Parents (my Mom's parents).
