How do I go about finding an ancestor who imigrated from Sweden to Norway?
Take a look at:

He's a direct ancestor of my wife's line. I just added an immigration source. It shows him leaving Sweden on a specific date and landing in Norway. I also know many immigration boats around that time were headed to the U.S. I suppose I could look for records in the US within that same year, since it took 1 to 3 months or boats to arrive. However, I believe he did indeed land in Norway.
Any advice how to find him there would be much appreciated!

Trevor, the information from the emigration record you found likely came from the following household record for that:
Ledsjö (R) AI:5 (1882-1891) Image 199 / Page 187
In the notes for him, it looks like he moved to Norway and requested a work visa there. However, in the notes for his father, Johan Ericksson, the priest says he is "Probably in America" and that same note is ditto'd down to Adam.
There is also this record for him that adds more clarification:

After doing a quick search in ArkivDigital's household record index for a man named Adam with the same birth date and place, it looks like he actually comes back to Sweden in 1910 with two kids (born in 96 and 99). The following are two (but not all) of the household records from that time period.
Skillingmark (S) AIIa:1 (1896-1916) Image 2510 / Page 236
Skillingmark (S) AIIa:2 (1917-1927) Image 2140 / Page 210
They mention the children being born in Eidsvold, Norway which gives you a place to look for birth records. They also indicate that Adam became a widower in 1900, and moved from Norway to Skillingmark in 1910.

It looks like Eidsvoll is in Akershus, Norway, the following is a link to the FamilySearch wiki page for Eidsvoll. There are links on this page to the 1900 and 1910 census for Norway. Both of which might be helpful to you as you try to find Adam there.

Is Mina's last name "Fredrika"? and I'm just NOW learning how to read the Norwegian records, so sorry for my lack of ability. I'm learning quickly. Most of my past was Swedish.....so I'll get there....

Trevor, how one sources their work is a personal choice and there are various methods and levels of detail. I'm not a pro at citations. You can use the URL as part of the citation, or you could go to the record and then source it using Record Seek. https://recordseek.com/ As long as your citation can lead the investigator to the record then I feel you've done well.

Do Norwegian traditions in the 1890s also follow the patronymic or had they stopped that by then? Want to label Fritz Leopold as either Johansen or Adamason.

I believe I found the answer. At that time (late 1800s) they were following Patronymic. Correct? So I've updatd it to read, as the 1900 Census as Fritz Leopold Adamsen
