Sorry. Thats all I can get. Mothers first name is a problem for me. It also bothers me that birth and baptism dates are so far apart... that must be another word.
The lower part has to do with witnesses. Someone else help.

Here's what it looks like to me. The child was born 21 Nov and christened 24 Nov. The father is Carl Boll and his wife, the mother of the child is Regina Persdotter (the mother's first name might be Thegista, although I am not familiar with such a Swedish name). The child's name is Pernilla Carlsdotter and the family lived in Galunga? (or Gaslaunga). I would check the household exams to confirm the mother's name and the place they lived. That will also give you the birthdate and place of birth for each of the parents.
The witnesses are Kirstin Lardotter who lived in Pj?euyd?
a servant girl Orva? Persdotter who lives in the same place as the one above
Britta Nilsdotter who live in Peitta
Jons Persson in Gasluinga
Bengt Persson living in Gasluinga
A look through the household exams should give you better spellings of the places these people lived.
Nic?us Petersson living in Gasluinga

This is what I read:
On 21 Nov. was born and on 24 of the same (Nov. in 1793) was christened. Then the pastor wrote a left bracket like the other entries on the same page and then the word Par. (latin for parentes) the soldier Carl Båll, wife Regina Persdotter of Södra Gasliunga (the place name matches in the household record pretty good see: http://www.arkivdigital.se/aid/show/v92958.b150.s148) but I don't see Carl there. Anyway.. the witness were Mrs. Kristin Larsdotter of Eseryd, Maiden Eva Persdotter of the same, Britta Nilsdotter of Remma, Jöns Persson of Gasliunga, Begnt Persson of the same, and Måns Pettersson of the same.
