Locate Parents for Peter Hermansson
The purpose of this request is to locate (trying to track) the parents of Peter Hermansson (Family Search record ID L6JC-TLY).
His birthplace is Värmland county (don't have the parish), Sweden and birthdate 27 December 1798.
Have been reviewing records from ArkivDigital. Going through Household - moving records up to this point is Västra Tunhem B:2, Page 85, image 54, entry 2047 for Peter Hermansson (refer to the attachment)

I have been able to track him in the parish records for Gillberga and Långserud.

After that, I am unable to follow him back further because it says he was born in "Väseh." and moved into Långserud from "Väseh." in 1815. But I don't know what the place actually is.
A site called " Gamla ortnamnsregisteret = Old place name register" for Sweden gives some places in Väse parish, Värmland, that might be the place, but I have not been able to locate it in the household records. That site can be accessed here: https://www4.sprakochfolkminnen.se/NAU-ortnamn/_helareg1.php . In the "Ortnamn" field enter "Väseh%" . The % is a wildcard.
There maybe some more indexed records available in Arkivdigital that I can access tomorrow at the Family History Library (Family Search Library) in Salt Lake City when I am there tomorrow. I will search and let you know if I find anything.
ps. I suspect that the birthdate you have for him is not correct. That date doesn't show up in the records until he is in Gillberga-none of the earlier records (in Långserud) show a birthday and month. They only show 1798.
