Need translation of column heading in Norwegian Confirmation record
In this Confirmation record from Norway, I want to know if the date shown in the 4th column is the birth date or the baptism date. Thanks!!

The information is from left to right
Day of confirmation - Name - Age (must be date of birth for this time period) - Name of parents - Grade given on knowledge of Christianity [you had to pass it to be confirmed] - Date of vaccination for smallpox.

"Fødested" (place of birth) I forgot to mention between birthday and parents names.
