this generally says that Varvara Ivanovna (daughter of Ivan), wife of Nikolay Fedotov (son of Fedot) Subbotin, citizen of Pogorelye (or Pogorelsk, you'd know the name from the first page of the file) has died at age of 38 from tuberculosis and includes names of priest and his assistant who performed the burial
