It looks like the place in front of Thomas' name is Sandvick Torp.
I don't believe that Susanna's last name is given. It looks like there is a space there where someone meant to write it in but it didn't get done. I think the first word on the next line is "Faddr:(arna) = the godparents/witnesses".
If you could supply a link to the record, it is helpful in trying to decipher the handwriting.

With the period after Susanna's name, and her husband having a surname that's neither patronymic nor traditionally Nordic, my bet is that they share that Fleming surname.

You may already have this Communion record, but this shows the entire family (up to this point): https://www.sukuhistoria.fi/sshy/sivut/jasenille/paikat.php?bid=25636&pnum=109. This record gives the mother's name as Susanna Thom_dotter. In the following Communion book, it is clearly Thomasdotter: https://www.sukuhistoria.fi/sshy/sivut/jasenille/paikat.php?bid=25638&pnum=151.
