Does this tell me the cavalryman's number?

I was able to find Sven Ekelund on the Central Soldier Register. Does it tell me his cavalryman number. I am trying to find his company in the muster rolls. I do not see any with that exact name. Is his soldier number 7? 71? neither? Thank you for your help.
