Translation of note on clerical record

Öfverårig means that he is free from paying "capitation", which I believe is a type of head tax. See this list of abbreviations under "öfå, övå" at the bottom of the page: http://www.saunalahti.fi/hirvela/historismi_sivut/termitnew.html
The other word looks like "otjenstbar(?)". Otjenst translates as "ill office" in the Swedish Historical Dictionary Database. See here: https://swedishgenealogyguide.com/dictionaries/swedish-historical-dictionary-database-shdd, but I don't find "otjenstbar" anywhere. I would think it means he is ill, although, there are a lot of entries in this record marked "sjuklig = sickly".
Perhaps @Ulrich Neitzel could help with this.

Svenska Akademiens Ordbok (https://www.saob.se/artikel/?seek=otj%C3%A4nstbar&pz=1#U_O1537_47216) defines otjänstbar as "unable to carry out his duties or responsibilities". The word is often used in the context of military service, but may also be used in more general sense.
Taking into account that Eric Johansson is in his upper sixties at the time of this record the remark överårig och otjenstbar may just mean that he is old and unable to work.

Thank you for your help. It is hard to know a lot about him because of the gap in the records. I do know he doesn't live much longer though. He dies in 1825.
