"On 9th of August 1893 at 6pm Wladyslaw Denel, the 30 year old lithographer from Ozorkow appeared before me and in presence of Alexander Dobraczyński, mayor, 44 year old and Otton Berger, gardener, 46 years old, both from Ozorkow, presented us a male child and announced that he was born in Ozorkow on 21st of July this year at 1PM by his lawful wife Maryanna nee Stankiewicz 23 years old. The baby was christened and given the names Fryderyk Witold, the godparents were: Alexander Dobraczyński and Maryanna Neugebauer. "[signatures of Wladyslaw and two witnesses].
