Help with remark translation

I am looking for help with the last part of this remark that relates to the date 7/6 1864. What is the phrase before this date. I think the rest of the remark talks about being arrested for shooting Lars Mansson on 3/4 1850.

Looks like Nils was "condemned for perjury" on that date. As far as words starting with "anm" the most relevant might be "anmaning," in which case "utan anm." would mean he was condemned "without legal challenge."
