My knowledge of Danish is limited, but I think there is no parent mentioned here.
I read:
Under Opforstring af Fattigvæsendt hos Gd: Hans Nielsen af Tvede
which understand as:
as fosterchild for the care of the poor at Gd: Hans Nielsen from Tvede.
So Rasmus was possibly a child who has lost his parents and was placed as a fosterchild into the household of Hans Nielsen.
