The word in the 4th column is "samme" which means "the same, equal". I presume it means "the same (as the line above)".
Niels Sørensen is a "hmd (husmand) og Skrædder". A "husmand" is a cottager. See Danish Word List on Family Search Wiki here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Danish_to_English_Genealogical_Word_List#H.
