FIND BY ID Function Not Working Correctly
The "Ancestor ID" field is not accepting the letter "A" as input. I've tried it on my laptop at home and several of the computers at the Family History Center where I work. The keyboards are OK. Input is normal on all other apps.
And, yes, the history and cookies have been cleared. ;-)

Since there are no responses, I'm going to assume I'm in the wrong group with this post. Where do we go to report bug fixes? And it's still not working. Can someone as least duplicate the problem? That's always a next step.

@dennisrphillips1 I'm guessing that the ID was copied wrong. As per the Help Center article below: "An ID number (identification number) is a string of letters and numbers that uniquely identifies a record in Family Tree. ID numbers consist of 4 characters, a hyphen, and 3 more characters. For example: K8LL-TGB. Family Tree ID numbers never contain these letters: A, E, I, O. "

Thanks for the explanation and link to the knowledge article. Makes perfect sense.
Typical database/app programming standard. Those pesky vowels.
Sure wouldn't want an ancestor with the ID: UR1D-UME. ;)
OK to close this case. Best wishes!
