Someone with better Danish language skill than me should look at this. I think it says (first column): "Baptized in the church 6 January." (Main part of the record): "Karen an illegitimate child. Her mother, Johanne Hansdaatter was abducted (?) at _______ Pentecost by a married man by the name of Wisti Niesen..." (most of the next couple of lines are beyond my Danish ability). I can make out the the said-to-be father was Wisti Nielsen. The last part of the last line reads: "The child was baptized the 6th of January and died sometime later."
I am going to ask @Tanner Blair Tolman or @Charlotte Noelle Champenois to take a look at this. I am certain that either one of them could give a more complete translation.

Thank you.
I was interested in Niels Hansen. Brother? Niels Hansens house? Was she staying at her brother's house? There is a Johanne Hansen as a witness at one of Niels Hansen's children. I think this Wisi is a married man. A little different christening.

Interesting record!
Baptized at home 6 January 1785
Karen, an illegitimate child, whose mother, Johanne Hansdaatter, ran off* around last Pentecost with a married man--namely, Wisti Nielsen, whom she served [i.e., she had apparently been working as a servant girl in his household] in Brøndum. She came here around Michaelmas [29 September] and gave birth [or: spent her time leading up to the birth] in her brother Niels Hansen's house in Vester Dølby and declared the child's father was ?? [likely a word indicating "the aforementioned"] Wisti Nielsen. The child was baptized on 6 January and died some time later.
*The phrase "var bortrømt" means escaped or ran away.
Looks like Wisti Nielsen is listed with his wife in his legitimate children baptismal records in Brøndum parish, Viborg county: November 1782 (second entry on the left-hand page) and May 1784 (first entry on the right-hand page; there may be others as well). I'm curious as to whether a later marriage of his wife might state something about him leaving (although https://www.myheritage.com/research/record-1-527019781-5-506442/barbara-nielsen-fodt-lydersdatter-in-myheritage-family-trees shows she didn't remarry).

Thank you so much!!! I thought it said her brother was Niels Hansen in Vester Dølby but I wanted to be sure I wasn't misreading the entry. You have given me some good clues. Now for sure Niels Hansen has a sister Johanne.
