How to look for my grandma's adoption record?

I want to find my grandma's adoption record in Arizona, Maricopa county. My grandma's name is Margaret Pantoja born in Arizona 1918. Her adopted parents name is Rosa Pantoja and Daniel Marcos Schober. I am not sure how start.

Jeffrey, I know this thread was posted and answered months ago, but I figure it will not hurt to ask. Would you know how to find adoption records from TN from 1872-1880.

Sometimes you can find adoption records in the county where they were adopted in Probate Court records.
