Gunilla Alexandersdotter - Help knowing what is all on the record
The family is living in Klöf and here is what I understand on the record and I am hoping for some help to fill in the gaps.
Gunilla Alexandersdotter is listed a wife and is 37 years old. She was born in 1756 in Regna. There is a note for her but I do not know what it says. I do not know where her husband is but she is not listed as a widow.
Their children are listed as Pehr Svennson who is 12 years and born in 1780 in Regna. There is also a note for him which I need help on.
Jean who is age 5 and born in 1786 in Regna.
Alexander who is age 3 born in 1789. Birth place in listed as har. I do not know what place that is.
Anna Maria who is age 8 and born in 1785. For her birth place it says etj. but I do not know where that is. There is also a note but I need help with that.
Is there anything that I have understood incorrectly?

The comments in the rightmost column refer to the knowledge of the person in the Christian doctrine - this test was the original purpose of the "husförhör".
I can't read all entries, but for Pehr Svensson it says: Till 2 H St: cat. = up to the second part of the Large Catechism; for Anna Marja: 1 H på lilla cat. = first part of the Small Catechism

Thank you. Can you help with the places they were all born?

Alexander's birth place is "hær" which is the same as "här" which simple means "here", ie this place (Regna).
"Etj." could be Latin "etiam" which is "and also / and even / yet again". I can't be 100% sure what is meant by that, but I suspect it means that Anna Maja/Marja was "and also" (born here in Regna). It makes you ask the question "why not just write 'ib(idem)' or 'ditto'"?

@Norm Baker Thanks Norm for your insights. They are always helpful. I did find Anna Maja birth record although it shows her born in 1783 not 85. Other records show her last name a Svensdotter so that matches the parents listed on the birth record and her mother is shown here. It will be a challenge to follow this family as they are not listed in the next book and do appear to move out before 1799.

If you have access to ArkivDigital, you could search in their "Index Search" for Anna Maja Svensdotter born on 17 May 1785 (rather than 1783).
Or, if you have access to MyHeritage you can also search there in the Swedish Household Examination books.
Since I have access from home to MyHeritage (but not to ArkivDigital), I can share a link with you showing search results for that: https://www.myheritage.com/research?s=309492311&formId=collection_10180%3AsearchFormDef&formMode=1&action=query&exactSearch=0&useTranslation=1&colId=10180&qname=Name+fn.anna%2F3maja+fnmo.1&qbirth=Event+et.birth+ed.17+em.5+ey.1785+ep.Regna+epmo.similar&csrf_token=T_5237fb86b6b8e8h9_9f5a7dbbebe4c2f6.1653933847.f36c3d40c778c6808a4dee84dcca643f. If you can't access MyHeritage nor ArkivDigital, let me know and I will do what I can to help you find the records in the link.
Since there was not a birth in Regna on 17 May 1785, I think that some of these results are promising for your Anna Maja, especially since by 1793 her birth had been changed in the Household Examination records from 1783 to 1785. You will still need to follow her backward in the parish records to Regna in order to be sure that you have the correct person. But with a little persistence (and luck), you may be able to do it.
Please let me know if I can be of any help to you.

@Norm Baker This is awesome! Yes, I have used the index search on ArkivDigital for her using the 1785 birth but I didn't get much. The search you shared from My Heritage was helpful. There are several records I have never seen before. I am hopeful can make some connections. Now if I could just get Family Search to stop giving me an error when I go to attach records. sigh
My research story on her. I came across Anna Maja/Maria when she married Carl Fredrik (Larsson) Zetterlund. You may have seen my other posts about him. The earliest record I had on her was in 1812 in Salebo Herregård, Västra Ryds, Östergotland.

Although this is after the birth of her daughter, Johanna Gustava, who was born in Eksjö, Jönköping. I have that birth record but no household record.

I am then able to follow her until 1824 but with the records you sent I should be able to track going forward.
On this record I am trying to figure out what the note says. Do you have any ideas?

Sorry, but the note in your last referenced link is too unclear to me to be certain what it means.

@Norm Baker Ok. It looks to me like it says vid p 204 but I don't find her there. I don't know what the top line says either.
