I have attached a christening for Christine JohannesdatterParents are Johannes Jacobsen and Eva Thomasdatter On this document I know it has Johannes father Jacob but who is mother and is Eva's parents mentioned?

I am not seeing anyone who could be Johannes' father in this record.
Christine's parents are, as you mention, Johannes Jacobsen Laut and Eva Thomasdatter who are "huusfolk" (small farmers) in Kiold_________.
The column to the right of the parents are the sponsors/godparents at the christening. They are Christen Sørensen from Kiold______, Jens Sørensen of the same place, Anders Olesen in Korshuuset, Eva Jacobsdatter who held the child at the christening from Vierhuus(?) and Else Andersdatter in Kiold_______.
There is no mention of Eva's parents nor any other relationship for the sponsors/godparents.
