@Jennie Pak, could you please provide the link (URL), for better zoomability?
@Robert Seal_1, it's That Dratted Handwriting, can you work your usual miracles? I can make out that his nature of employment is "independent".

@Julia Szent-Györgyi and @Jennie Pak
I read the surname as Molesein rather than Molcan.
Since there might be a question whether this is the person you are interested in, and because census translations are always difficult, I will do the complete line for Peter Molesein and identify the other people as they relate to him:
Name: Peter Molesein.
Gender: male.
Birth year: 1820.
Religion: Greek Catholic.
Single/Married/Divorced: married.
Occupation: land peasant/farmer.
Employment relationship: owner.
Birth place: Austria-Hungary, Sáros, Szekcső, Lukó.
Native vs. Foreigner: responsible native.
Read and write: no.
Other members of the family:
Wife: Susana, née Voska, born 1822.
Daughter: Maria, born 1853, helps out at home and in the fields.
Son: Josef, born 1855, helps out at home and in the fields.
Son: Peter, born 1857.
Son: Bazil, born 1859.
Son: Nicolaus, born 1867.

I was hoping for a link to identify where this census sheet was recorded before tackling the placenames, but I figured out how to zoom in a little bit. I read the birthplaces column as:
Öster-
reich
Ungarn
Saros
Szekcső
Luko
---
which is Austria, Hungary, Sáros (a county in Hungary), Szekcső (a district within Sáros county), and Lukó (a village within the Szekcső district). I would therefore apply Lukó (which is now Lukov, Slovakia) as the birthplace of everyone in the family except Dad.
The column after the birthplaces asks about official residency or "belonging-place": the locality to which they've paid their residency fees or taxes, and therefore the locality which they can apply to for financial aid in times of need. All of the members of this family have local residency, but we need the link so we can check the previous image to find out exactly where that is.

I understand that the birth place column applies to all members of the family. I going to edit my original response to avoid confusion.

Julia Szent-Gyorgi- thank you for trying to help me. I apologize for not adding the link. I tried that but it went to my sign in page and I wasn't sure it would be of any use. I'll add it here. Also the header Slovakia Census, 1869 Sáros Luko (Lukov) and it was image 93. I hope this helps. Thank you again
