What is the occupation of the father, and witnesses?

I’m helping a neighbor with their German genealogy and just want to have the full record translated for them. The top photo has the witnesses: I cannot read what is says before Hulda Büblitz, I read “Arbeiter” before Albert Rämlow, and “hilf—-fuer” before Franz Rämlow.

Second photo, what I make out is hilfswaufersiller? Everything else I feel I have been able to read. This would be his grandfather’s baptism record, so I just want to get as much information as I can. Thank you.
