Translation of Norwegian Birth Record

I'm trying to get a translation of this birth record on page 78, line 14 for Halvor that was born 14 June 1823. The main area I need to be translated are the parents' names and if it gives any information what farms they are from. Thanks!

It appears the farm name is Øverneschia. It is probably Nesja Øvre which is in Romfo, Sundalen, Møre og Romsdal, Norway.
