Is it just the wife that dies or a child?

This is a death record from 1787 in Wangeritz. About the middle of the page. What I can make out is: 1787 8 Feb. ist des Goetzens —— Ehefrau die 4 1/2 Jahre —— gestorben....

Is this 4 1/2 talking about an illness she has suffered with, or is it a child’s age? Thank you for your help.

here my additions:

1787 8 Feb. ist des Goetzens des Badren? Ehefrau die 4 1/2 Jahr krank gelegen gestorben und d: 12 Eiusdem begraben worden.

Translation:

On 8 February 1787 died the wife of the ___?(occupation) Goetze who has lain sick for 4 1/2 years and was buried on the 12th of the same month.

I cannot make sense of the occupation; it might be a form of Ba(a)der = barber.
