Help reading baptism record

There is a small not in a margin of a baptism record, and I just want confirmation that I’m reading it right because it’s so small. I read “1757 1 November … Zuanten ..eine …-lein u. Tochter….Sophie “ Thank you for your help.

Hello Christina,

this note is almost unreadable and partly hidden in the fold. What I can add is the end of the note:

...welches die [Ta]uffe u. den Nahmen [..]te Sophie erhalten.

It seems that there is another name before Sophie, possibly Grete.

I believe the actual date is not visible; what looks like 1 November is in fact just ten November, the number is missing in the fold.
