Mater Franziska Stengl, Getreidhändlers Tochter von Baierdißen im K.CG. Landsberg d[er]. z[eit]. in Diensten dahier als Köchin. 

Patrinus Georg Christoph Pries, K: Hofsänger, cujus vices egit Obst: Cetournè.

Mother: Franziska Stengl, grain trader's daughter from Baierdiessen, district Landsberg, presently in service as a cook.

Baptismal sponsor: Georg Christoph Pries, Royal court singer, in whose place acted midwife Cetournè.

Remarks:

"hor 1/2 4" means half an hour before four o'clock, thus 3:30

Cetournè is the name of the midwife.
