Need help translating Norwegian death record from 1811

I've discovered what appears to be an epidemic in all 3 sub-parishes of Skjold in Rogaland. Burials appear to have started Sept 22, peaked Nov 22 with 30 in one day, and to continue into May. I don't recognize the words used at the beginning of each entry. Could someone please translate them for me? (after the first entry, it says "og paa," which I assume means "also.")

The words at the beginning of the first entry are "kastet jord paa", literally "earth was thrown upon", a literary term for "was buried".

The following entries have only "og paa" = "and upon" = also buried.

I could not find causes of death.

The book contains the priest and sexton records from the parishes Skjold, Tysvær and Vats with Vårenes chapel.

Looking back through many earlier pages in that parish book it becomes obvious that the parish priest conducted funeral ceremonies many months apart. This register gives only the date of the funeral ceremony, not the dates of death. The parish priest was not always present during the burial and the jordpåkasting (funeral ceremony) was often held at the next mass or later date. 

So these people did not die in an epidemic but they died since the last group funeral ceremony was held. They each died, were buried and the formal ceremony was held at a later date probably determined at the convenience of the parish priest.

(Information about the date of death was not required until the 1812 parish register format came into use).
