Could someone please translate the death record (date) on Johann Martin Gasser in 1852. It's the last entry on the page. Does it mention his wife? and maybe his date of birth?

Age: 22 years. [calculated birth year would be 1830]

Cause of death and burial: tuberculosis; buried in Graz.

Remarks: "55". [appears to be the consecutive number of the death record].

Comment: When posting an image for translation, it is very helpful to the translator if you state where the record is from -- this helps with identifying place names and confirming surnames.
