Lack of temple sealing recorded in FamilySearch
My father Grant Wyatt Holland KWZ7-S2V was sealed to my mother Helen Rohrmoser Knollmueller (still living, 99 years old) on the 18 August 1943 at the SLC temple but this ordinance is not found in FamilySearch. Can you correct this please?
Thank you, Grant Knollmueller Holland

@Grantknollmuellerholland Most often, the lack of ordinances is because of a duplicate in Family Tree. If you can find the duplicate that shows the ordinances, you can merge them. Otherwise, you will need to contact Support to get experts to fix it. Multiple ways to do that:
If you live in North America, call 1-866-406-1830 or go to the Help Center and click Contact Support. Scroll to the section for North America and you'll also find a live chat option.
If you prefer using Community, you need to post in the Q and A section. Groups are not monitored by Support. On the left of the page, click Q and A and then Temple and post your question.

I have been told that my (deceased) father's sealing to my (living) mother will not show on his FamilySearch site until she passes away. I trust this is correct.

@Grantknollmuellerholland Yes, you were told correctly. Ordinanances that involve living people do not show on FamilySearch (even if one party to the sealing is deceased). You might want to look at the Help Center article: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/why-are-ordinances-not-available-for-living-people (Sign in before you click the link or you won't be able to open it)
