Additional records for poor people?

In 1832 Liverpool, my ancestors were deemed poor and were to be returned to their prior legal residence. See image in Ancestry.com's Lancashire, England, Quarter Session Records and Petitions, 1648-1908 > Kirkdale > Petitions > 1832 Michaelmas
