What would this child's surname be?

Looking at a possible ancestor's baptism, 26 Feb 1713 in Westerwijtwerd. It is clear that the father had died, and looking at the names of children around this baptism, it appears that the child's given and middle name were "Jurjen Harmens". Would I have to assume that his surname would have been Jurjens?

I'm looking for a Harm Jurriens married to Geertruid Harms Bruijnings. He died between 1780 and 1785 in Uithuizen and was a weaver.
