need help finding a Förhörsbok

I can´t seem to find the book it is referring to.

I also wonder what it means after his name.

This is my take on what is going on in this record.

It is saying that Lars Andersson is moving out on 14 October 1862. The column that reads "folio in Förhörsboken" is actually the date that he moved into Gustavi parish. The date is 22 November 1861. The note after his name is "se Infl. B" which is "see the move-in book". The move-in book for Gustavi eller Domkyrkoförsamling parish appears to be a dual-purpose move-in and Household Examination book. It is here with a Lars Andersson: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0040563_00018#?c=&m=&s=&cv=17&xywh=113%2C1628%2C5220%2C2686.

The page (right in the middle) has a Lars Andersson, born 4 November 1836 in Bäfve (Bäve), who moves into Gustavi parish on 22 November 1861 and moves out (or at least reports to the priest that he is moving) on 10 Oct. 1862. I am not sure of his destination. It looks like "Y(?). Borås (perhaps Borås Stadsförsamling in Älvsborg?)". I don't know if this is your Lars Andersson, it is a very common name.
