I asked a friend for some thoughts on this one, he suggested maybe kunstdrejer, wood turning? I think that's a pretty good possibility.

The record you attached is her 1877 confirmation record (children are confirmed at around age 14), not her christening record.
Her 1863 christening entry is on image 102 (page 94) of the St. Petri 1861-1868 ministerialbok for Stavanger (linked); there, she is listed as the illegitimate daughter of the unmarried married ? [same word as in the confirmation record; I agree with Shari that it could be kunstdrejer] Christian Poulsen and the unmarried Marthe Tønnesdatter. In the last column, which is for illegitimate children, it states "opgave ved barnefaderen," meaning the father is the one who reported the status of the illegitimate child.
I wonder, since Christian Poulsen was apparently married, whether you might be able to find his family. If you look for this, make sure any candidates you find have the same occupation.
