Parishes in Ölme Härad
Would someone please tell the parishes within Ölme Härad? Also wondering if there is a source for learning how to use maps for Swedish research- like the gazeteer. I know it would be helpful for me but I do not understand how to use. Thank you and do hope you have a wonderful Sabbath. Deniese

According to the Ölme härad page in Swedish Wikipedia, Ölme and Varnum parishes belonged to Ölme härad. Historically Ölme härad was part of Väse härad. In 1952 Varnum was combined with Kristinehamn stad. Kristinehamn stad had its own jurisdiction with a rådhusrätt until 1971 when it was combined into Kristinehamns tingsrätt.
