Help translating engagement record

Hi I found what i believe is an engagement record for my ancestor Anders Kristensen Bang, the initial record appears to be normal, but then there is a long entry on the following page that appears to be a note or something. Can someone please help me understand and translate this? I've included links to both the initial record and the following page.
