Doing some cleanup on my GGM's profile today and encountered a DQS I could not dismiss.

Profile: Catherine Veronica Holleran MY5Q-MDN

Her marriage record is a recopied church register. Her maiden name was transcribed (I have the image) as Haderon instead of Holleran. The error in name shows up in the DQS for her and her father, Thomas Holleran L8PR-4NV.
I gave a reason statement and clicked Dismiss, but an error message pops up. Repeated attempts, from both profiles, same results.
