Translation - Maria Barbara Röschlein, 3rd child of Stephan Röschlein, at the time tenant famer in Nürnberg and his wife Sophia nee Göttinger of Mühlhof, was born in Reichelsdorf on Tuesday the seventeenth of April one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six /: 17 April 1866 :/ at one o'clock in the afternoon, and baptized on Wednesday the 25th of April. Godparent: Maria Barbara Dittel of Mühlhof, single serving maid in Nürnberg. Midwife Maria Betz in Unter Wolkersdorf.

And on the right-hand side - Reichelsdorf, Maria Barbara Röschlein, leg[itimate], R.C. [probably Roman Catholic], H[ouse]. N[umber]. 34, +[died] on 27 March 1867

Note - the R.C. is a guess, but it makes sense in this context. Without seeing any of the other entries on the page, it's difficult to say for sure. Same goes for the H. N., but again, house number makes sense without any other surrounding information.
