Duplicate Entry
I believe that the following PIDs are the same person
GZV9-MSL -- Marianna Hiscock and 2SDS-NWS - Mary Ann Hiscox
They both have the same birth and death dates.
I've tried to combine them but cannot.
Can you please help?
Thanks.
PS It used to be that one could write the problem; however, you seem to no longer have that option. So I found this page. Does this take the place of the ability to email you a problem?

2SDS-NWS comes up as "Unknown - person not found". Is she perhaps marked as living? I have no idea whether it's possible to merge a living and a deceased profile, but I expect the answer to be "no".

@Julia Szent-Györgyi Realmente não tem como unificar uma pessoa viva com uma falecida.

Hello @margaret elizabeth jones.
You mistyped that second ID number, which should be: 2SD6-NWS. And, yes, at first glance these appear to be duplicates. However, there is yet a third version of this individual in the same family:
1823–1865 • GZVM-2Z5
You will need to do some research, compare the three records and see the 17 sources attached to 2SD6-NWS. The other two records have no sources.
If you decide that Marianne Hiscock GZV9-MSL and Mary Ann Hiscock 2SD6-NWS are the same person you can merge them. There is a warning that the two may be twins, but that is likely because the first names are spelled differently.
Again, be sure to do the required research in order to be certain that these three records are duplicates of each other.
Here's a knowledge article that gives some guidance on how to tell if records are duplicates:
Best wishes!
