I assume you are talking about the location of Edinburgh, Scotland, as there does not seem to be a place named "Edinbourgh, England".
I suggest you sign-up to the ScotlandsPeople website, by going to https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI8baGrvf95AIViLbtCh2ioAZnEAAYASAAEgKFLPD_BwE
Without signing in, I just found there are 14 occurrences of the first name "Keitha" there, but none for a Keitha J Mumby. I assume MUMBY might be her married name, so her birth name would be something else.
There are (appear to be) just 8 births, 1 death and 3 marriages for a "Keitha", so it might not be that difficult to identify her, once registered to the website. However, there being no "Keitha (J) Mumby found in a general search indicates either a wrong spelling or that she did not die in Scotland.
For any tracing of Scottish ancestors or relatives I find ScotlandsPeople is by far the best website to use. However, whilst searching there is free, you will have to pay for any copies of certificates or other documents you might require.
Here is a screenshot of the Results page, following a search for a "Keitha":

I just found (thanks to the Find A Grave record, reached via the FamilySearch website) the marriage of William C Hickey and Keitha J ROBINSON. This is recorded on the FreeBMD website and shows the marriage took place late 1944 in the Louth district of Lincolnshire, which includes Tetney.
From here, I went to the GRO website and found her 1925 birth (also in the Louth district - so probably at Tetney) and her full name of Keitha Jockaline Mumby Robinson. There is no mother's maiden name recorded there, which often suggests a child was born illegitimately and (in this case) her father's name was MUMBY.
If you should want a copy of this birth certificate you will need to register at https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/menu.asp and follow instructions from there. The reference you will require is:
Vol 7a Page 845 Oct-Dec Quarter 1925 Louth Registration District
You will also be able to obtain a copy of her 1944 marriage, by quoting reference:
Vol 7a Page 1485 Oct-Dec Quarter 1944 Louth Registration District
I found other references to Keitha Hickey at https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?q.givenName=keitha&q.givenName.exact=on&q.surname=hickey&q.surname.exact=on&count=20&offset=0&m.defaultFacets=on&m.queryRequireDefault=on&m.facetNestCollectionInCategory=on
Hoping this will be of help.
