Asking a question

Is anyone else having a problem asking a question? When I click "Ask a Question" on the dropdown menu for "New Discussion," it tells me I don't have permission.

    The new forum seems to still be a "work in progress". There seems nowhere to find help, either. Best to come back tomorrow, at the earliest, to see if it has become useable.

    @lorene walker1 , I am able to click the "Ask the Question". At what point does it tell you that you do not have permission?
