This household record, line 8, says moved to Stockholm Nicolai in 1861. I use riksarkivet. Where do I find Nicolai in same time period. Thank you. Deniese

So what did recorder mean by Nicolai in 1861 as listed on the household record?​

The parish name at that time was Sankt Nikolai, shortly Nikolai. But when the records were collected into the National Archives, the parish name was Storkyrkoförsamlingen and that's why Nikolai's records are found under the later name.

It is always good to use the name Stockholm's Sankt Nikolai because in Örebro there was also Nikolai parish.
