finding a death record

I am looking for a death record (and translation of details of it) for my 3x great grandfather Manuel Pacheco of Maia (married to Maria de Jesus). He passed away between April 1835 and October 1840. I have scanned the obits for that time period, in Maia of course, and cannot seem to find it. There is a record (URL below) that MAY be for him, but I do not know this for sure because I do not know Portuguese. I would be grateful for any help someone may be able to offer me. Thank you.
